VYAKULYA NILIVYOZOEA TANGU UTOTO!!


Sasa ni  ni msimu wa viazi vitamu (mbatambata) au wengine wanasema makapa...basi nakwambia mikate, chapati, maandazi nk nimevitupilia mbali kabisa nipo na vyangu nilivyovizoea tangu utoto...mihogo, ndizi na magimbi :-) TUONANE TENA WAKATI MWINGINE ....!!!!!!  JUMAMOSI NJEMA WANDUGU.

Mihogo, Ndizi, Majimbi, nk, ni vyakula vya asili vyenye kujenga afya nzuri, na si vyakula vya siku hizi kama burger, pizza, sandawichi, pepsi, vimesababisha magonjwa kuongezeka.
