MATUNDA NI MUHIMU KATIKA AFYA ZETU TUZINGATIE...

Huu ni mlo wangu wa leo mchana mchanganyiko wa matunda mbalimbali. Kama ilivyo ni kwamba matunda ni muhimu katika afya zetu. Usisahau kula hata tunda moja tu  kwa siku....Kila la kheri kwa wote....
